Pilates Nosara is Moving In

Bodhi Tree is birthing a new branch and its arrival date is November 2015!  Pilates Nosara is moving its roots and heading over into a brand new studio space at our resort.

Pilates was developed in the early 20th century by a man named Joseph Pilates.  This practice while known for strengthening the “core” of the body has six main principles: Concentration, Control, Centering, Flow, Precision, and Breathing.  Whether you are a surfer, yogi, or new mom, chances are you’ve heard about the benefits of the Pilates discipline. Safe and effective it’s a great workout for all ages and level of fitness.

Page Seiffert, owner of Pilates Nosara, has been teaching for eighteen years.  She brings with her a knowledge and experience in a dance background, massage therapy, Ayurveda training and many years of working with those with injuries and world class athletes.

Her students would tell you that she can “read a body”.  That she can guide you in a way that leaves you feeling good in your body and soul.  She layers her workouts so you get a good warm up and each class is always different.

Page is known for her passionate voice in the community.  Not only does she receive great rewards seeing her clients light up, feel pain free, get stronger and have fun but she delights in seeing people change and evolve as she pushes them with kindness in her classes.  Page also takes her passions a step further in connecting the town to important causes about our environment.  Some of her projects include: No Plastic Nosara, and the Nosara Challenge.

Pilates Nosara houses a team of three certified Pilates teachers  and two teacher trainees.  All of her certified teachers have a minimum of five years experience.  Page runs and operates her Pilates teacher training program, world wide Pilates retreats as well as her weekly classes and privates.

Get on their schedule now and come visit Pilates Nosara in her brand new home November 2015! We can’t wait!
