Cross Fit Circuit
Class Description: This class is designed to help you rehabilitate, strengthen and excel in movements needed for sport and life. You will be guided through a dynamic warm-up for 10-15 minutes, then you’ll participate in a circuit of exercises of the day. Each interval lasts 1 minute to 90 seconds dependent on the instructor’s goals for the day. After which, you will be guided through core work, cool down and a short meditation. Every level of experience is welcome and can be accommodated for. Please arrive 10 minutes early to briefly discuss any major injuries with the instructor.
