Mindful Yoga

Class Description: The intention of this class is to foster an inclusive approach to yoga (union of body, mind and spirit) integrating practices of self-inquiry through breath-work, strengthening yoga postures, stretching, balancing and intelligent movement. Through this lens of mindful practice we can learn to bring our attention to the habitual patterns in our life that cause us stress and develop fresh approaches to living with greater presence and ease. Class begins with breath and meditation to help calm the nervous system.
