Prana Stretch® is a deeply healing and relaxing group class that focuses on one’s life force energy: prana.
Typically every 4-5 students has an instructor present to give hands on massage, adjustments, and healing touch in order to help you ground and release prana.
Props such as the yoga block and strap as well as guided breath work are incorporated into the class.
Loose clothing and layers to keep warm are suggested.
Close your eyes, experience, relax, and release your prana.
