Her yoga classes are deep, soulful, gentle and calming to help participants relax, de-stress and connect to themselves. They are a combined expression of self awakening therapeutic movement inquiries, Iyengar alignment principals, slow flow vinyasa and deeply relaxing restorative postures. She's a yoga educator and this shines through in the knowledge she so openly shares with others. She believes the lineage of all healing arts is a gift of health and wellbeing for anyone who chooses to take the journey within.
