Known as the food of the Gods, Cacao is a medicine that has been used by Olmec, Mayan, and Aztec civilizations for over 5,000 years, to bring healing on both a spiritual and physical level. Potent in magnesium it allows for total relaxation and as a vasodilator in permits blood to flow more freely through the body.  Via the theobromine present in cacao, chemicals, such as, dopamine and phenethylamine are released, creating sensations of heightened empathy and pleasure.  In opening our heart space, we are able to release old patterns and traumas, helping us to embody our intentions and achieve higher states of consciousness.

Through sacred song, meditation, breathwork, and shamanic journey, individuals will enjoy an enriching and genuinely uplifting event. This particular ceremony will involve the use of cacao as a medicine to help participants experience altered states of consciousness and deep emotional release as we employ shamanic journey and guided meditation to help us gather hidden information and cleanse ourselves energetically, putting us in line with what we discover to be our heart’s truest desires.
