Join me for my signature retreat in my hometown Nosara. Train with me in my fully equipped Pilates studio in the middle of the jungle, explore the surrounding nature during different excursions and get to know Costa Rican culture!
The retreat includes daily Pilates classes with me and my team including Mat and Reformer and is open for all levels and age groups from beginners to advanced Pilates lovers. Additional group and private classes are available upon request.

Movement and Dance shaped my life.
Through every spin, every plie, every breath, it held me when life was joyous and painful. Movement is my soul food, my therapist, my lover, the truest expression of who I am.
I have spent countless hours studying, shapeshifting, and translating movement since I was a child. I found it natural to share what I know to facilitate transformation in others. The number of hours I have spent teaching and studying my craft over the past 25 years seems like a moment in time.
I am the owner of Pilates Nosara, a Pilates studio located on the grounds of The Bodhi Tree Resort in Nosara, Costa Rica. I have been teaching Pilates for 25+ years and host worldwide retreats.
That I am excited each day to learn more, study more, and teach more is a gift.
