Sean completed his first 200-hour RYT under Bea Raydo. He also completed 500 hours of RYT under the tutelage of Philip Christodoulou at Anuttara Yoga Shala and currently teaches there. With several hundred hours of asana practice and meditation in Rishikesh, India, Sean has a deep connection to movement. Practicing Breakdance, Parkour, Martial Arts, and multiple competitive sports, he is very familiar with expressive movement. He originally began practicing yoga in 2010 to work through sports injuries, finding not only healing but also a renewed alignment. More importantly, he discovered the expansion of presence already within him. Yoga complements his other “play,” but this is all a side effect of the breath and presence we focus on during asana practice or mindful moving meditation. His classes, influenced by Raja, Ashtanga, Hatha, and Yin, aim to open all energetic channels in the body. Working with the breath brings you ever more present. Sean is honored to guide and practice with his students.
