Toni Pierce, founder of The Salty Buddha, has been a transformative figure in the North Shore fitness community since 2017. As a wife, mother, and dedicated wellness advocate, Toni brings a deeply personal touch to every class she teaches. Certified by Yoga Alliance, she blends her expertise in yoga with a TIMBO certification and Reiki 1 practice, creating holistic and healing experiences for her students. Under her leadership, The Salty Buddha has become the area’s most beloved boutique destination for yoga, barre, and dance fitness, known for its warm, inclusive, and empowering atmosphere.
Amanda Voodre YTT 200 is a practicing yogi who has been teaching on the North Shore for more than three years. She holds a welcoming, trauma-informed space for students to practice yoga freely without judgement. Amanda’s classes encourage awareness and exploration of how the body feels in each shape when connected to the breath, both in movement and in stillness. She uses music to add rhythmic energy to the space, allowing students to fully surrender to the flow of their own practice.
Melissa is a yoga teacher, artist, and Spiritual Life Coach for creative women, yogis, and
mothers! Just like her coaching, Mel’s yoga classes are transformational from the inside out. She provides healing space for her students to discover and trust their own inner wisdom. You can expect a strengthening alignment based flow and a creative sequence
where you’ll get lost in presence on your mat. Tune in with your breath, a great playlist, and a fabulous community at Salty. Leave feeling empowered, grounded, and happy! Melissa received her YTT 200 Hour at Saraswati’s Yoga Joint in Norwalk, CT under Donna Jackson in 2016.
