Our Devi Retreat is a luxurious and uplifting experience designed exclusively for women ready to pause, realign, and reconnect with themselves. Nestled in a peaceful, natural setting, this retreat blends intentional rest with invigorating experiences for a complete wellness reset.

Each day invites you to slow down with slow flow, yin and restorative yoga and guided breathwork to soothe your nervous system and support deep relaxation. Then, energize your body and lift your spirits with optional access to state-of-the-art amenities: the fully equipped gym, Pilates sessions, energizing spin classes, and serene laps in the pool.

Unwind further at the acclaimed Bodhi Spa, where thermal water therapies and calming rituals restore balance and nourish your inner vitality. Whether you’re relaxing in quiet reflection or finding joy in movement – with optional excursions provided by Bodhi Tree or daily surf sessions just a walk away from the resort, this retreat is your space to reset from the inside out.

Explore enriching wellness workshops focused on self-awareness, stress relief, and mind-body alignment. Outdoor excursions and nature-based activities offer a light sense of adventure—grounding you in the present while awakening your curiosity and joy.

Our Devi Retreat is your invitation to rest deeply, move intuitively, and return home to yourself—restored, inspired, and renewed.

Every morning we will start with a slow flow + yin yoga practice followed by a meditation, led by one of our wildly knowledgeable and skilled hosts, Amanda Rico. You will have plenty of time to explore Nosara’s natural beauty, savour nourishing organic buffet-style meals, and connect with a supportive community. During this week, you will have equal opportunity to both challenge yourself and relax. We are also offering optional journaling and group sharing circles led by Amanda Lytle. We promise this retreat will be exactly what you need to reset, rejuvenate, and reconnect. This week is going to be incredible!
