After a year hiatus of moving, healing and rebuilding bigger, better and stronger than ever, Surf Soul Español is BACK in 2020. Back at the beautiful Bodhi Tree Resort that we know and love, we will reunite, make new friends and explore new territories. As always, we will surf, we will yoga, we will dance, we will laugh. We’ll lounge outside our rooms and listen to howlers, drop deep into transformative kundalini and breathwork and read books by the poolside. The options are plentiful, the requirements are minimal. Make a commitment to you and join us for SSE3!
Founder and Creator of Power Restore Yoga®
Hi! My name is Nicole Koch. I am the creator and founder of Power Restore Yoga® – the unique brainchild born from my life experience. As a natural extrovert who was always on the move, it was my diagnosis with Lyme disease that would change my world dramatically. Throughout my 7 year healing journey, I have become a passionate student and teacher of restorative yoga, yin, nidra, reiki, breathwork, nervous system regulation, brain retraining, polyvagal theory, cold therapy, kundalini, Qi Gong, Flow State, Red Light Therapy, jungle medicine, and the list goes on. I remain in awe of the recent collision course of academia and spirituality, and our ability to continuously prove the efficacy of the wisdom nuggets that have been professed and practiced by the sages for millenia.
I have combined my thousands of hours of trainings, teachings and lived experience into a system of yoga designed to help others navigate their way through their own unique healing challenges. In addition to lending my compassion, deep understanding and personal experience, my goal is to empower your body and nervous system to find its way back to center.
Quite simply, it’s about systemically returning to balance in mind, body and soul and harnessing our innate power to do so. Welcome to Power Restore Yoga ® and The ART OF FLOW.
Beverly Jane fell in love with yoga while searching for a bit of zen in the midst of suburbia. She passes the peace in her teaching at Sattva Village Yoga, with a focus on breath, flow and mindful self-compassion. Also a classical soprano, she shares her soul through singing, guitar and laughing with abandon. Bev’s favorites, aside from her hubby and wildlings, include getting lost in a thought, getting lost on a hike, fresh eggs, honey from the hive, delicious books, all things farmy and anything that doesn’t talk back.
