AcroYoga Workshop is a fusion between the practice of Yoga, Acrobatics and Thai Massage. Through the integration of strengthening exercises, we prepare the body to develop a conscious communication throughout itself. After the challenging poses, we’ll end with some relaxing Thai massage and live music.
