Bio

Rameshdeep Kaur is an IKYTA Certified Kundalini Yoga and Meditation teacher and teaches her Yoga Bhajan Program world-wide. She is a writer and her book “Yoga Bhajan, yoga for children” is been translated in many languages. Also, a singer and an acupuncturist, a Gi-Gong teacher and a Reiki master.

She lives part time by the Ashram in Española New Mexico and the rest travelling spreading the teachings, helping the healing of the inner child all over the world and creating teachers so the yoga for children’s raises more and more!
