With a background that spans from college football at the University of Nebraska to years of experience as a personal trainer, yoga teacher, Pilates instructor, and energy worker, Steve brings a well-rounded and deeply personal approach to fitness and well-being. His classes blend movement, mindfulness, and self-awareness, creating space for guests to strengthen both body and mind. Andi brings a deeply personal and intentional approach to her teaching, drawing from over a decade of study in yoga, meditation, breathwork, somatic therapy, and spiritual practice.
