This workshop will allow you to work on the woman’s self-esteem or to re-establish it more quickly when it has been lost.

Learn to recognize your body, to accept it and to love it.

A workshop that is divided into 3 days:

• Day 1: Basic Steps and sequences.
• Day  2: Implement the use of the VEIL creating fantasy in the movement,  adding figures and generating greater fluidity when dancing.
• Day  3: Live Arabic Percussion: Learn the basic rhythms of Belly Dance and  how to maintain a connection between the Dancer and the darbuka (Arabic  drum)

About Gloriana

Costa Rican dancer. Gloriana  owns dance studio in Alajuela, Costa Rica for over 7 years. She has  studied with famous international dancers such as Amir Thaleb, Jillina,  Sadie Marquat, Mohamed Khazafy, Mia Shauri, among others.
