Our retreat is located at a beautiful resort right on the beach in Nosara, Costa Rica. Our path to transformation includes 2 daily meditations, 3 yoga classes, onsite coaching, workshops, a 1 hour massage, 1 surf lesson, room & board, fresh juice, laundry, and all transportation.
The jungle and the ocean are the back drop to the healing you will experience in this country that we have fallen in love with. Air conditioning is in each room, and a pool accessible if you don't feel like walking to the ocean. We welcome any participants that are tired of the daily grind and are looking to head in the direction of true happiness.
This retreat has an early bird price of $2500 until Feb. 1, 2017; after that increases to $3000. Flights are not included. $500 deposit to secure your spot.

4 years ago Dana fell in love with yoga after finding how much it helped her reduce the stress in her life, and sleep better at night. Yoga has been a source of healing for Dana from the inside out and through her knowledge and passion she hopes to be a vessel for others on the path to health and wellness. She is also a Registered Nurse who firmly believes that the mind and body are connected, and that yoga can help bridge this gap. Yoga allows for an assessment and an awareness of the body through movement and breath creating a sense of ease within the physical body. Through different styles of yoga including restorative, movement and alignment based principles, Dana invites you to incorporate an ancient understanding of your mind and body. She hopes to assist you in making your life just a little bit easier breath by breath, movement by movement.
