Recalibrate your body, mind, and soul to the rhythms of nature at the world-renowned Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort in Nosara, Costa Rica. This 8-day, 7-night retreat is designed to support your health and longevity through intention, movement, relaxation, and environment. Immerse your senses in the tropical jungle, bask in the soothing Pacific Ocean, and learn to integrate all the elements of nature into your Yoga practice. Each day will start and end with one of Heather’s signature Yoga classes focusing on one of the five elements (Earth, Water, Fire, Air, Ether). Between classes, you’ll have 6-8 hours to decide if you want to participate in a group activity or take some time to reset and recharge. You’ll be in one of the world’s five Blue Zones: a region where residents often live to be over 100 years old. The pace of daily life in Nosara is tranquil and unhurried. Around 5:30 pm most people stop what they are doing to go walk along the beach and watch the vibrant sunsets. You will hear many Costa Ricans use the phrase “Pura Vida,” which translates to “pure life,” but has cultural implications that are much deeper than you may realize. Pura Vida is shared as a gesture of positivity and optimism. It’s a way of life.Deepen your Yoga Practice in Nosara, live in harmony with nature, and carry the Pura Vida spirit everywhere you go.
