There’s a reason Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort calls people back year after year—the jungle air, open-air shalas, saltwater pool, and Pacific sunsets create the perfect setting for renewal. Join Alie McManus in Nosara for her 11th annual winter retreat, a decade-refined immersion shaped by 27 years of teaching experience. This deeply nourishing week follows a thoughtfully designed arc that builds strength, steadiness, and clarity with intelligence and care. The group is intentionally intimate, allowing for meaningful connection and individualized attention.

Twice-daily yoga practices evolve progressively throughout the week, weaving meditation, essential breathwork, precise alignment, creative sequencing, and restorative work that regulates the nervous system—relaxing the mind and body while cultivating sustainable vitality. Rather than escaping your life, you’ll refine the way you live it. Students return year after year because the experience is grounded, personal, and profoundly transformational.

Each day unfolds in a spacious rhythm: invigorating morning practice, restorative afternoons, accessible Ayurvedic wisdom, and time to rest or explore. Enjoy vibrant farm-to-table meals daily and optional adventures—surfing the Pacific, horseback riding on the beach, kayaking through the mangroves, spa therapies, or simply unwinding beside the saltwater pool. You’ll return home refreshed and grounded—carrying renewed clarity, strength, vitality, and freedom into 2027.
