Brittany is a certified Holy Fire Reiki Master, meditation teacher and yoga instructor. She has studied under various Reiki Masters, Spiritual Healers, and Mind-Body Connection Experts. Brittany has taught yoga and meditation in various places across the country while also meeting with private clients, hosting community workshops/events and building her spiritual lifestyle brand.Her goal is to help others realize we all have all the powers we need inside of us. Brittany believes there are many healing modalities and wants to support others in finding what works best for them. By taking a heart-centered approach throughout her sessions, Brittany says she simply acts as a guide assisting you in stepping into your fullest and brightest potential.
Born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Rosaleen can always be found in a dance or yoga studio. She is classically trained in ballet and modern dance and was a BFA Dance Major at Rutgers University. Exposed to yoga at the age of 12 to help with her dance training, she says it opened her eyes to the beauty of the body and how to get more out of what we are given. Continuing her education in movement, she completed a 200-Hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training with the OM Factory in New York City and hasn’t looked back since. Rosaleen is passionate about sharing the gift of soulful movement and, in her free time, loves to DJ. She currently resides in New York City, where she continues her practice and teaching.
