A DAY ON RETREAT AND IN COMMUNITY… The retreat schedule will be perfectly curated to support you and the group. From classes and workshops, to free time to explore the beautiful lands of Costa Rica or sip smoothies by the pool – there will be a balance of deep transformative work, and time to fill yourself up.Each day we will have a morning, and afternoon or evening workshop with Rachel.
These experiences will be active, embodied and connected. Between classes and workshops, we will have healthy meals at Bodhi, time to relax by the salt water pool, and take trips to the beach and around town. Everything on the schedule is fully optional, but we highly encourage you to attend everything!
