We begin with the practice of Kundalini Yoga – deepening awareness while directing and controlling the flow of energy from the lower to the higher energetic centers.
Taking the practice inward, we move into Breathwork – a guided meditation using open moth, circular breath combined with intuitive bodywork and reiki – serving as catalysts to release and re-pattern nervous system responses.
