Rachael has been coaching men, women & couples since 2012, giving them the tools to deepen their connection to both themselves and others. She believes the key to living our best, most fulfilled life lies in radically transforming our relationship with ourself – truly becoming our own best friend. Rachael has been teaching yoga since 2010 and has complete confidence in its power to bring peace, calm, clarity and integration. Hosting retreats and combining these two cornerstones of wellness is her passion and has led her to hosting over 30 retreats.
