Ron’s formal introduction to yoga was in rehabilitation following orthopedic surgery on both arms. Ron studied in the Ashtanga discipline until becoming RYT certified attending this same training. Ron is E-RYT200 with Yoga Alliance with over 4,000 hours of instruction. He co-leads applied anatomy/posture workshops with Marianne, and facilitates philosophy discussions as part of the Yoga Alliance 200RYT curriculum.
