E-RYT 500

Sky and Matt are both E-RYT 500 and have two studios in the Indianapolis region. Sky’s presence at Sol Hot Yoga is grounding, soulful, and uplifting. With a background in both Vinyasa and Restorative yoga, she brings a nurturing balance of strength and softness to every class. Sky’s teaching style is intuitive and heart-led, encouraging students to tune into their breath, release expectations, and reconnect with their inner wisdom. Sky teaches from the path she’s traveled to reach her mat, and her practice inspires the courage it takes to show up for ourselves. Sky’s classes are a sanctuary of stillness, sweat, and self-discovery.

Matt Andrews

E-RYT 500

Matt’s training in Vinyasa, Hatha, Meditation, and Therapeutic Yoga is rooted in a deep commitment to healing and self-awareness. Blending classical alignment with modern somatic wisdom, his teaching creates space for both strength and surrender on the mat. Matt’s classes are a thoughtful blend of breath, alignment, and mindful movement—offering a grounded space for students to explore both strength and stillness. With a calm, encouraging presence, Matt invites practitioners to move beyond performance and into presence. He believes yoga is not just a practice, but a path to remember that loving-awareness is part of our essence. Off the mat, Matt is a lifelong student of philosophy, an athlete, a veteran, and he continues to explore the miraculous intersections of wisdom, strength, and grace that converge in true beauty and peace.
