The magical morning begins with a mini cacao ceremony while moving and reconnecting to the primordial pulse of the heart thorough the rhythms of the drum. Your journey to an elevated state of mind continues through the practice of breath control combined with the magical sounds of Medi- cine Music and High Alchemy Crystal Bowls.

The journey will open up with a ceremonial drink of an Organic Raw Cacao beverage, “the food of the Gods". It's essence connects you straight to your heart and will provide energy during your journey. Next we will awaken the body and activate the Cacao with Body Movements and Live Drumming by Regina.

An elevated state of mind naturally follows through the practice of breath control. We will be breathing rhythmically and intensely combined with the magical sounds of Medicine Music. To close up this magical morning, Lau will guide us using sounds of varying frequencies and vibra- tions that will lead you into a state of total relaxation in which Healing can occur.
