Allison is an avid traveler with an enthusiasm for creation and culture that surpasses our own, it could be said that Allison finds her home on the west coast when she’s not off trotting the globe. Allison brings compassion for people to her practice, using experiences of grief and tragedy from her own past to help others move to a place of healing, hope, and growth through their relationship with God. As founder of Awaken & Free Allison has married her passion for travel and love of yoga with a desire to see God’s people pursue Him, having most recently hosted retreats in Spain and Bali.
Jenna was born and raised in Michigan; however, now finds herself enjoying the Pura Vida lifestyle in Costa Rica while serving as a full-time missionary. She is a registered emergency center nurse turned passionista for holistic health and wellness and started practicing yoga in college to manage the stress of nursing school before discovering her deeper passion for the Christ-centered practice while on the mission field. In her free time you can find Jenna on the beach, enjoying nature, bringing friends together or creating delicious art in the kitchen!
