FEBRUARY 13-20, 2021
The past year has brought more change and upheaval than most of us could have imagined. It’s time to reconnect. Reconnect with Mother Nature, reconnect with other beautiful souls, and reconnect with your best self. This experience will be nothing short of magical and I’m so honored to guide the journey!
Join me for a week of yoga and connection in paradise. Classes will be offered twice daily in our gorgeous nature-immersed yoga shalas. We’ll start each morning with a radiant Vinyasa class to get the body and breath flowing in harmony. In the late afternoons we will cool down with slower, more restorative styles of yoga. Classes are intended to create a full experience- not just through asana…. but through breath, meditation, journaling prompts and full rejuvenation.
Sample daily schedule:
7:00 – 8:30am Good Morning Vinyasa: Flowing with the rhythm of nature to get the day off to a great start. One morning class will be cancelled to leave space for excursions.
8:30 – 9:30am Breakfast: all meals are open-air, fresh, local and SO delicious!
9:30 – 12:30pm Free time
12:30 – 2:00pm Lunch

4:00 – 5:00pm Afternoon Yoga: gentler styles to soak in the day, including Restorative classes with local guest instructor Zac Mason and also a local sound healing experience

Is this retreat for me?
this retreat will absolutely attract fun-loving, open-minded people from around the world. I always say that those who are meant to be there show up. And it’s amazing to see it all unfold. Your fellow participants will be equally excited to roll into early morning yoga as they are to stay up late laughing and socializing. Connections are formed and self-discovery deepens.
if you’ve never practiced with me in person- I strive to teach the crowd in front of me. I refer to my style of teaching as “radiant Vinyasa” – meaning I like to move, breathe, offer options, and give people a full experience. I will challenge people if that’s what’s wanted or slow things down if that’s what’s needed. I believe in yoga as a tool to bring out your inner radiance.
Journaling will be an included aspect of this retreat. I have grown to appreciate journaling as an incredibly powerful practice of clarity and wisdom. Most of us don’t offer ourselves this time in our busy lives; and so this will be a container to explore. Journals will be provided!
This is an invitation to show up exactly as you are.
Nosara is an incredibly special place that I consider my yoga home away from home. I can’t wait to share its wonder with you.
Please reach out with ANY questions!
For a long time I resisted the title of “yoga instructor”. For some reason it felt inadequate, maybe not in line with my academic or societal perceptions. But one day I had a moment of clarity: I had just returned from leading an incredible retreat in Costa Rica; I was teaching regular public classes with amazing students every week; I was saturated with private clients who were seeking me out on their journeys to wellness… and I was loving it! I realized that somewhere along the way, I had developed a misconception that life needed to be difficult. After many years of working hard, struggling and seeking, I had indeed turned my passion into my career. And all of a sudden, there it was- my career was thriving! I let go of the resistance and allowed the floodgates (and my heart) to fully open. I am truly humbled to be on this path of sharing what I love.
I am forever a student. My formal studies of Yoga, Classical Homeopathy, Reiki and Energy Healing, combined with my traditional studies in Psychology and Biology, have all interconnected to lead me on this path… always seeking more. My curiosity never subsides. I am continuously learning and expanding through different teachers, training courses and self-study.
I am forever a traveler. I was not meant to stay in one place. I feel alive when I am simply in nature and I have a passion for seeing the world through different lenses. Taking my yoga to beautiful destinations is a dream come true.
I am forever grateful for all of the lessons along the way. The joys as well as the struggles have brought me to this point. Of course, “this point” is much like our yoga practice: an ever-evolving journey. Thank you for being a part of it.
