Stephanie is an E-RYT 200 Yoga Works certified instructor with over 7 years of full-time teaching experience. She has merged her passions for yoga, travel, building community and music into a mobile yoga studio and travels around the greater Atlanta area (and beyond) inspiring students with foundational, spirited vinyasa flow classes focused on alignment.

Ellery Long

RYT 200; Group Fitness Certification; Wellness Coach; Personal Trainer / Qualifications / certifications

Ellery is an RYT 200 Certified Yoga + Group Fitness Instructor (ACE) and movement specialist. She is trained in Trauma Sensitive Yoga and her teaching style is Vinyasa/Hatha based with an influence of Ashtanga, Anusara and Iyengar; she teaches with compassion and appreciation of the individual while emphasizing alignment, flexibility, and accessibility.

Mallory Hazen

Qualifications / certifications / RYT 200; Certified Wellness Coach; E-RYT 500

Mallory Hazen, a 200-hour yoga instructor and certified wellness coach, integrates her background in movement, nutrition, and mindfulness into a holistic approach to wellness. With a Master’s in Human Nutrition and certifications in Vinyasa, Yin, and Trauma-Informed Yoga, Mallory’s classes emphasize freedom, curiosity, and connection. Her teaching style, shaped by 35 years as a dancer, empowers students to explore movement authentically. Mallory is passionate about helping individuals align body, mind, and spirit to create sustainable habits and vibrant lives.
