Thai Bodywork- the Lazy Man’s Yoga
The ancient healing art of Thai Massage is said to have originated before the time of the Buddha. Often called the lazy man’s yoga, because the receiver is passive and the practitioner stretches, and compresses their body. When offering Thai Massage or Bodywork we draw from thousands of years of healing, and incorporate elements of acupressure and deep muscle work.
Through this workshop, you as a student will have the opportunity to practice receiving completely and giving fully in the role of practitioner and ‘client’. You will leave feeling blissed out, and ready to offer a min sequence to your friends and family
The will be an introduction to Thai Bodywork suitable for all levels, no prior massage experience or partner is needed.
