This retreat is for anyone craving a reset—women and men to press pause on the constant buzz of everyday life and remember what it feels like to truly be present. Nestled at Bodhi Tree in Nosara, Costa Rica, you’ll be held by the jungle, the ocean breeze, and a schedule designed to gently slow you down—through yoga, mindful movement, breathwork, and spacious downtime to simply exhale. It’s a sanctuary for anyone feeling stretched thin, on autopilot, or craving a deeper connection to themselves and their life.

Guided by Molly—a yoga teacher, nutritionist, and space-holder who’s all about real-life, sustainable wellbeing—you’ll move through themed days that weave together vinyasa and restorative yoga, breathwork, journaling, mindfulness, and workshops like The Power of Pause and Nourishment as Ritual. The pace is intentional: enough structure to feel held, enough freedom to wander, rest by the pool, or let new insights land in their own time.

You won’t just leave with glowing post-retreat energy; you’ll leave with tools you can actually use when you’re back home—simple practices for movement, breath, food, and self-check-ins that fit into real life. Expect deeper clarity, a softer relationship with yourself, meaningful connections with others, and that quiet but powerful feeling of, “Okay. I’m back.”
