Mary Robinson

Certified Performance Coach | Rehabilitation Specialist | Founder of SelFIT & travel&TRAIN

Mary Robinson is a certified performance coach, personal trainer (NASM-CPT), corrective exercise specialist (CES), and rehabilitation movement specialist. She is also the founder of two wellness brands: SelFIT and travel&TRAIN.
Mary currently works in Movement & Performance at Cleveland Clinic Canada, where she collaborates with an elite medical team to help clients bridge the gap between injury rehabilitation and peak physical performance. Her client roster includes high performers, executives, creatives, and athletes seeking personalized, results-driven coaching.
With over 25 years of experience spanning advertising, corporate marketing, and human performance, Mary brings a strategic and holistic approach to health, leadership, and well-being. She holds a Master’s degree in Business and a Bachelor’s in Communications Management, blending her corporate acumen with deep expertise in functional fitness and sustainable health practices.
Mary specializes in functional movement, injury recovery, and evidence-based strength training. In addition to one-on-one coaching and consulting, she leads transformative wellness retreats across the globe. These curated experiences integrate fitness, mindfulness, and community to help participants reset, refocus, and return to life with clarity and momentum.
Whether she’s training on the gym floor or guiding a sunrise sweat session in the jungle, Mary’s mission is clear: to create spaces where people thrive — physically, mentally, and professionally.

Kalle MacLennan

Kalle blends strength, movement, and mindset to help people feel seen, supported, and empowered. With over seven years of experience as a Strength & Conditioning coach and a newly certified Pilates instructor, she leads dynamic, accessible sessions that meet clients where they are—and guide them toward where they want to be.

A former competitive rower who has recovered from six hip surgeries, Kalle deeply understands the power of resilience and self-care. After losing her mother to heart failure early in her coaching career, she became committed to helping others build strong, sustainable lifestyles rooted in health, purpose, and connection.

For Kalle, prioritizing your health isn’t a pause from life—it’s the foundation for living it fully. Whether at home or abroad, her mission is to help you reconnect with your body, shift your mindset, and unlock your true potential.
