For 8-days we’ll commit to self-care through challenging cardio, strength training, yoga, and meditation.
One of the most effective ways to improve your cardio and muscular systems is to push your body to the limit then disrupt your routine to allow for recovery. The same approach can be used to improve mental function and creativity; it's called taking a vacation. What if the two were combined - the ability to workout twice a day on vacation? You'd be unstoppable. We invite you to join us along with Barry's Bootcamp trainers Erica Stenz and Tommy Stracke when we travel to Nosara, Costa Rica for a week of intense focus on fitness and relaxation. We've chosen to host this week in a Blue Zone, famed for its wellness principles that allow people to live longer, happier, less stressed lives. For 8-days we'll commit to self-care through challenging cardio, strength training, yoga, meditation, and of course time in the ocean. Do your whole body good and join us for a week you will never forget.
