Women’s Dance of Breath is a 3.5 hour breathwork and dance journey for women rooted in intention and community. We start with the power of free-form ecstatic dance to open our bodies, connect with our natural breath and drop deeper into awareness and presence. In a safe and supportive environment we move into an hour long Clarity Breathwork group process facilitated by healing music and hands on assistance.  Clarity Breathwork is powerful alchemical breath that uses circular connected mouth breathing that is done laying down with the support of light touch and guidance as needed. Clarity Breathwork has been known to:

-Detox Mind and Body
-Clarify Life Purpose and Passion
-Release Stress and Overwhelm
-Become More Centered and Radiant
-Connect Deeper to the Spirit Within
-Activate Joy and Vitality

Meditation, sharing circles, an altar of intention, healing music and a mindfulness based paired process will support our time together.

Come discover the power of the breath and the dance to awaken, heal and transform you. Release that which is holding you back from your deepest joy and presence. Celebrate life.

Aylen Lyra Doucette is a certified level 5 Clarity Breathwork practitioner and avid ecstatic dancer who has been dancing the 5 Rhythms for 12 years as well as studying Kundalini Dance and Trance Dance.  Constantly learning, her joy is to create events that blend healing modalities and art forms to support the modern woman to shine, heal and celebrate the power of Shakti. Clarity Breathwork and Dance were key components in her own healing journey and she is honored to share them.
