Join Nichele and Neely for their 2nd Pilates and Yoga Retreat at the Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort, a world class Balinese style resort located in the jungle of Nosara and within a close walk to the world class surfing beaches of Guiones.  The Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort lays within the healing energies of the Nicoya Blue Zone where you will be able to relax by the 2 salt-water pools while strengthening your mind and body with Yoga and Pilates classes in the open-air Yoga Shalas.

Neely Hufnagel

Neely believes strongly on implementing Pilates into your fitness regimen. “Pilates is a core-based practice that involves the whole body and is imperative for overall body strength and wellness.”

Neely, a Calgary Native is the founder/owner of Pilates on 3rd in Jacksonville Beach, FL. With a lifelong background in fitness she discovered Pilates in 2004. She built her studio in 2011 with the goal to get everyone loving Pilates! “Pilates is a form of exercise that impacts the mind, body, and spirit and I truly believe all my clients walk away from a class at my studio feeling stronger, empowered, and more centered. I love to create an environment that allows my clients to push their limits while paying meticulous attention to form and the mind-body connection.” Neely is trained and certified on all Pilates Apparatuses. And with her experience in athletics and fitness, she has created a method that incorporates core focused Pilates exercises with cardio and resistance training so clients feel pushed, motivated, inspired and capable.

Nichele McDonald

Nichele, from a very young age I has loved the hustle. “I love the work you have to put in to become the best version of yourself in any aspect of your life. I have a strong passion for helping bring that out of others. I love seeing others grow mentally and physically and accomplish things they once thought would never be possible.”
She was a dancer and gymnast throughout her childhood and teenage years. After high school, she was a NFL cheerleader for the Jacksonville Jaguars while getting her Bachelors in Community Health and Exercise Science. Since then she has continually worked on building a life helping others become strong, healthy and confident. “I’m a strong believer in what I call the perfect trifecta… strength, flexibility and healthy eating! I teach yoga, reformer Pilates and strength training. I started following a plant based diet in 2010 and have never looked back.”
Nichele is known for her athletic Vinyasa flow style yoga that focuses on building strength and core stability. Her extensive background in fitness, gymnastics and dance comes through in her playful and creative sequencing. Her classes are upbeat and she strives to help her students relax, let go and stay positive on and off the mat.
