Nervous System Reset
Learn how to experience balance and nourishment of your Central Nervous System. This creates systemic results; such as improving heart rate variability, memory, and feelings of peaceful presence. Receive and embody coherence between your inner and outer environment. We will explore varying ancient yogic practices as well as cutting edge “mindhacks”. Each class will include a twenty minute Yoga Nidra practice; the deepest restorative state of conscious awareness; also known as enlightened sleep.
