Surf Yoga

Class Description: Enjoy an exploration of Yoga created specifically for the surfer mind and body. Class includes basic breathing practices and joint limbering movements along with side poses (asana) that build balance, coordination, strength, or stretch and release. Just as surfing is the Yoga of movement meditation on water, come experience the moment meditation of Yoga on land. A routine and practice that will serve you both on and off the water that is based on ancient Yoga techniques with the modern-day application.
