Explore self-care as suggested in the eight-limbed path of yoga using daily practices of posture, meditation, breath-work and self-reflection.
Spring is a time for renewal and rejuvenation. The perfect opportunity to reconnect with self-care. Take time away this Spring Break to nurture your own growth with daily practices of asana, meditation pranayama (breath-work), in the lush surroundings of Costa Rica.
Along with daily yoga and three freshly prepared, organic meals per day, guests will enjoy access to a gym and saltwater pool. Guests will also have the opportunity to book spa treatments, pilates and spin classes, surf lessons, ziplining, kayaking, ATV adventures and horseback riding.
