Join me for a 2hr Yoga Experience that combines physical relaxation and meditation through an interdisciplinary approach to Yoga. Introducing a state of "Relaxed Awareness“.

We will shift Awareness towards our movements and sensations through “Self Awakening Yoga“ and invite our bodies to Relax into selected shapes and poses of “Restorative Yoga“.

I invite you to experience this practice that will give us time to explore our range of motion and allows us to reconnect Body, Mind and Soul.

The Feldenkrais inspired movement inquiries of Self Awakening Yoga will be preparing us for a combination of Restorative Yoga and Meditation.

This combination of Movement and Stillness invites the student to enter the state of "Relaxed Awareness“.

"Relaxed Awareness“ allows our Body, Mind and Soul to take a break and Reconnect all Parts of our Multidimensional Being.

This Experience is not only designed to introduce "Relaxed Awareness“ , but also invites it to become a new partner in our daily lives.

The tools that this workshop expererience offers are easy to remember and can be applied at home at anytime.

“It‘s not about how fast we can go, it‘s about how fast we can slow down.“

(Every student will receive a comprehensive list of relaxation techniques from the workshop.)
