IMMERSIVE PRACTICE
Evolving Sadhana is a one week yoga immersion designed as a living and embodied exploration of practice. It offers space to deepen your relationship with yoga beyond form, technique, or routine. This immersion invites you into the multidimensional layers of sadhana, expanding awareness from the physical body into the energetic, meditative, and devotional aspects of practice.

Through daily yoga, meditation, pranayama, chanting, ritual, and self inquiry, you will be guided to experience yoga as a holistic and medicinal path that supports transformation of body, mind, and spirit. This experience provides dedicated time and space to listen inward, refine your personal practice, and reconnect with the deeper intelligence that guides your path.

Yali McGregor
https://www.yaliyoga.com
Yali is a yoga educator and retreat facilitator originally from New Zealand and now living in Nosara, Costa Rica. Her teaching path in yoga began in Nosara in 2005 at the esteemed Nosara Yoga Institute and has continued to evolve through decades of study, practice, and teaching. Since the opening of Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort in 2015, Yali has been an integral part of the teaching community, growing alongside the land and the sangha it holds.
At the heart of Yali’s offering is the belief that healing and transformation are multidimensional. Her classes blend Ashtanga Vinyasa with inquiry based moving meditation, merging traditional teachings with contemporary practice. Through movement, breath, study, and mindful rest, she supports practitioners in bridging their practice into daily life with clarity, integrity, and care.
Yali’s teaching is grounded, heart centered, and deeply respectful of the individual journey. Her intention is to create safe and supportive spaces where students can explore their inner landscape, cultivate awareness, and reconnect with what feels authentic and alive.
