Join me for a 2hr Yoga Experience that combines physical relaxation and meditation through an interdisciplinary approach to Yoga. Introducing a state of "Relaxed Awareness“. We will shift Awareness towards our movements and sensations through “Self Awakening Yoga“ and invite our bodies to Relax into selected shapes and poses of “Restorative Yoga“.
