For our daily practice, you’ll experience a combination of vinyasa yoga, restorative yoga, qi-gong, and breathwork.
In between classes, relax by the salt water pool, socialize over smoothies, retreat underneath a cabaña to read or journal, enjoy spa treatments, and/or wander down into town or down to the beach for some sunshine or surfing.
