Come dedicate a week to shift your pace and experience the magic of living in rhythm with the jungle, the moon, like minded community, and your heart. Be Here Now is an invitation to meet each day as a fresh canvas for your design, offering a menu of welcoming adventures and dreamy opportunities. Each day will feature a theme invoking reflection on our relationship to the environment we play in, and these themes will weave with the activities and movements offered for that day. If you would like to design a specific week of programming and coaching, let’s have a call and align on what you’re looking for. Welcome home, I’m happy you’re here!

1000 hr EYRT (200 hr RYT in power vinyasa, 300 hr RYT in power vinyasa/ayurveda, 300 hr RYT in kundalini and ayurveda, 50 hr Aerial Yoga certified Levels 1, 2, low hammock and restore, certified Holotrophic breathwork coach, certified mat pilates instructor)

Energetic, empathetic, and effervescent, Angie maintains a keen sense of joy laced with curiosity in her pursuits to create spaces that feel at home. She is constantly learning and loves to share so that her experience may inform the creation of your experience and together we evolve an adventure that feels just right. Angie recently moved back to the Boston area after spending some time abroad in Nosara, Costa Rica and in Greece. The space, variety, and practice of settling into home in many locations through out the year has offered a profound perspective on the importance of developing daily habits that align intentions and attentions for creations, observations, and community. She is delighted to share parts of her global travels through practice both on and off the yoga mat. This summer you can find Angie teaching at Core Power Yoga, soon to open Sunbeam Studio, and pop-ups with special partners. Another passion project will be opening an online studio and welcoming privates work for breathwork, sound healing and aerial. Angie’s favorite part of creating retreats is the opportunity to spend extended in the presence of her incredible community! It’s always such a gift to get to soak in time with folks whose smiles I know dearly but stories I hope to learn. Her retreat offerings present a spectrum of movement modalities from high energy yoga sculpt, rhythmic flows, and spin classes to intentional foundational workshops and restorative mindfulness practices.
