With a career spanning over 15 years, Dawn’s inclusive attitude and vibrant teaching style is celebrated globally. She has led teacher trainings across the globe from Saudi Arabia to Mexico to the United States. Dawn’s classes, shaped by her warmth and love for movement are know for being both creative and physically challenging. Her teaching style is a blend of the more formal, breath-based essence of ashtanga yoga, combined with the signature free-form, expressionist style of Ahana Yoga.
