YYT, RYT 200 Certified Yoga Instructor with Yoga Alliance and Yahweh Yoga Academy. Cheryl is the owner of Twisted Sister Yoga, LLC in New Jersey, USA. She has a love for God and a love for yoga, and offers a special yoga experience that embodies both.

Cheryl visited the Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort while on a family surf trip to Nosara, and knew it would be that special place to host a yoga retreat. “It’s a luxurious, modern, open air, jungle yoga resort perfect for helping my students better connect to themselves and God through nature and the essential elements of yoga: breath work, prayer and physical postures. “Pura Vida” (Pure Life) is their motto, which we will together purify our heart, soul and mind”.
