Brie Doyle is the founder of She Glows Retreats, where she has been designing and leading transformational retreats throughout the U.S. and internationally since 2017. A yoga and meditation teacher for over 25 years, Brie is a master teacher known for creating containers that are both spiritually deep and grounded in real-life integration. She has supported more than a thousand women from all walks of life.
Brie’s retreats follow a signature arc she calls the Energetic and Emotional Trajectory of Retreat, the inner movement that naturally unfolds when women step away from ordinary life and enter sacred space. Within that trajectory, Brie teaches her Heart Curriculum, the personal growth work that drives each retreat’s theme and curriculum. Through yoga, meditation, meaningful ritual, and skillful Heart Curriculum facilitation, women are supported to heal, realign, and reclaim their self-trust.
Her approach is shaped by a lifelong devotion to contemplative practice, beginning with Catholic formation in her teens and later deepening through Buddhist study in her twenties, alongside years of personal retreat experience.
Brie is the author of You Should Leave Now, a book on the power and practice of retreating, and she writes at Wellness Within on Substack. She also shared her work in her TEDx talk, “Recovering the Lost Self through Retreat,” and has been featured on various podcasts and publications including Yoga + Life Magazine.
She lives in Boulder, Colorado with her husband and three children. Her greatest wish is that you leave AWAKEN renewed, resourced, and able to bring your glow into the life you love.
