This retreat is a thoughtfully curated balance of strength and softness—guided by two highly experienced teachers whose approaches complement each other in a truly integrated way. Sue Elkind and Craig Miller bring decades of study in the therapeutic applications of yoga, offering practices that are not only meaningful in the moment, but sustainable for a lifetime.

Each day we’ll explore both dynamic, intelligently sequenced movement designed to build strength, mobility, and resilience, alongside deeply restorative practices that support nervous system regulation and true rest. Pranayama and meditation are woven throughout the week, creating space for both energy and introspection.

A unique thread of the retreat is our exploration of the chakra system—not as abstract philosophy, but as a practical, embodied tool for self-awareness. Through movement, breath, mantra, and reflection, you’ll be invited to connect more deeply to these energetic centers and discover how to integrate their wisdom into your daily life.

Craig Miller

Craig discovered yoga in 2015 and was immediately drawn to its powerful blend of physical challenge and mental clarity. What began as a personal practice quickly evolved into a deeper path of study with Sue Elkind and Naime Jezzeny at Dig Yoga, where he completed his 500-hour teacher training in 2018.

Over the years, Craig has developed a strong focus on intelligent alignment, functional movement, and injury prevention. His teaching is rooted in helping students move well, feel better, and build sustainable strength for life.
