If you’re feeling the need to reset, recharge and renew, have we got a retreat for you. Join yoga teachers YuMee Chung and Michelle Corbeil on a transformative weeklong retreat to Nosara, Costa Rica that is designed to revitalize the way you move, eat, rest, play, and engage with the present moment.
The setting for our retreat is Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort in the foothills of the Nicoya Peninsula. Chosen for its unbuttoned luxury ethos, beautifully appointed rooms, incredible kitchen, 25 meter saltwater pool, and proximity to one of the best surfing beaches in the world, let us show you why Bodhi Tree is our favourite yoga retreat venue in Nosara. Add the fact that your home away from home is located in one of the world’s five Blue Zones (documented longevity hotspots where people report the highest levels of well-being) and you have the perfect setting for self-care, fun in the sun, and deep inner work.
Our twice daily practices will meet you where you are, regardless of your level of experience, and offer you ways to hold yourself accountable to your highest goals by offering the kind of detailed, personalized attention that catalyzes personal breakthroughs. You can expect to work up a good sweat, access states of meditative stillness, gain insights into your next steps on the yoga journey, and everything in between.
