The iLa + Bodhi TreeYoga 200-hr YTT program was one of the most powerful and enlightening programs I have gone through. Not only did I learn about the expansive and in depth philosophy of yoga, I learned about myself in ways that have propelled me forward to an overall more peaceful and loving lifestyle. Bridget and Dakota are incredible teachers with a wealth of knowledge and experience and I highly recommend this program with them to anyone wanting to expand their knowledge of yoga and self.

The amount of joy and inspiration I’ve received from this program is beyond anything I’ve ever learned in my life. This yoga teacher training was beyond anything I could have imagined. Bridget and Dakota equipped my class with all the tools and foundation to begin teaching yoga. This was one of the most memorable and meaningful experiences of my life. I would like to return for future modules!
