ERYT 1000, Advanced Restorative Teacher Trainer
Jane Fryer holds a myriad of certifications and has been teaching for decades. She is the creator of a style of Restorative Yoga she calls Essential Nature, and has trained hundreds of teachers in Nosara through the Nosara Yoga Institute. She is offering Mini Restorative Trainings in 2017, ( see janefryer.com for details).
Essential Nature Restorative Yoga brings multidimensional benefits to students supporting movement into the inspirational, creative and open energetic field of space. This is where possibility lives in all of us. The yogi’s refer to this vibration as the “bliss body”. Her teaching style engages precise and provocative language to access and illuminate the alchemy of your multidimensional self; referencing both esoteric and scientific perspectives. Release your stress and Radiate your light.
Ashley Ludman is a breathwork educator and somatic guide based in Nosara, Costa Rica, and the founder of The Body of Breath. With over 25 years of experience in yoga, bodywork, and breath-based practices, she teaches in a way that bridges nervous system regulation, fascial + Somatic awareness, and embodied presence.
Her breathwork classes at Bodhi Tree invite participants into deeper coherence through conscious breathing, subtle alignment, and grounded integration. Ashley’s approach blends anatomical precision with intuitive awareness, creating a practice that is both accessible and transformative.
In July, she will co-lead Pulse Immersion — a restorative, rhythm-centered experience weaving yin, restorative yoga, nidra, and breathwork to recalibrate the nervous system and reconnect to inner rhythm in community.
Ashley’s work is rooted in one simple truth: when breath shifts, everything else can follow.
