Cost is per person and includes 13% tax. These rates are good if reserved with a $500 deposit by November 4th
After November 4th rates increase $150/person.

Facilitator and Trip Leader, Valerie Midgett of Neighborhood Yoga

Valerie DiSciullo Midgett(E-RYT) has over 30 years experience in the moving arts, first as a dancer and choreographer before becoming a yoga practitioner/teacher. She is the owner of Neighborhood Yoga in Boone North Carolina, and co-founder/ director of Neighborhood Yoga Teacher Training., Valerie’s classes are comprised of creative flow sequences, dynamic alignment of the body, and mindful awareness of the breath. She seeks to create a soulful class inspired by her deep love of movement, breath, yogic philosophy, music, and bhakti, all unfolding together in the moving meditation that is Yoga. Valerie views yoga as a form of self-transformation, a process that involves confronting your limits and transcending them. She is passionate about helping students find connections between their practice on the mat and in their everyday lives.  Valerie has lead several retreats over the last 10 years to Costa Rica, Mexico, and India.
